Rates
$135 intake 75 min. session, $110 per 50-minute session
Insurance
I am not on insurance panels; however, you may be able to
be reimbursed by your insurance for an out of network provider. I
may be able to help you request my services from your insurance as a Single
Case Agreement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your
health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage
carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please allow me the chance to aid you in navigating your health insurance to
see if our work together may be covered.
Reduced Fee
Slight sliding scale services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy
appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you
will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Note that insurance
companies and third party payers do not pay for missed appointments.
